Thank you for participating in our customer survey
17.03.2020

Thank you all who participated in Idesco’s recent customer survey. As many of you know, we have built our business upon long term partnerships and ongoing development. This makes the feedback you gave us extremely valuable.
Consistent with previous surveys, we can report our customers valued most Idesco’s service, especially the expert, accurate responses our technical support team promptly gave to any inquiry. Our customers also expressed strong satisfaction with our diligent communication and customer contact.
Naturally, we are delighted receiving such positive feedback. Yet it is even more valuable learning how we can support our customers better. Our customers expressed a desire to deepen and tighten cooperation with us in product roadmapping and development. We welcome such cooperation because it powerfully strengthens and mutually benefits our strategic partnerships.
Furthermore, it confirms our customers are looking the same direction as us, considering the future evolution of all aspects of access control, from systems down to end-users, and especially their future expectations in security, functionality and convenience. As a result, we plan to tighten product development teamwork with you, helping us anticipate your end-customers’ future access control product and service needs so we can respond more quickly to them, together with you.
Once again, thank you for the time you generously gave to this year’s customer survey. We commit to helping serve you even better in the coming year.
