Idesco’s new 8 CD 2.0 D is a secure DESFire keypad reader with its own 2,4-inch color display. This display lets users receive, on entry, personalized messages from their system, system state or reading event details (e.g. access granted / denied). Since the reader is OSDPv2 compliant you can also secure all such messages.
Like all Idesco’s DESFire readers, 8 CD 2.0 D can be very flexibly configured to meet your system’s needs. You can also update it by exposing it to a pre-programmed configuration card, with no uninstalling needed.
