Software Design Engineer Janne Raappana started working at Idesco in late 2018. He has been filling his days since in software design, coding, application reviews, meeting with colleagues and advising customer support.
Software design is independent problem solving, but on the other hand, it is also teamwork. – The best reward of this work is taking responsibility from the beginning and seeing your handprint manifest on the product. However, you don’t need to solve things alone. Colleagues help and even spur, if needed, Janne comments. ‘Because of our ‘team spirit’ atmosphere I leave work each day with a good feeling, he adds.
In his free-time, Janne enjoys game design, 3D modeling, fishing or hanging out with his friends and family in and around Oulu.
