Mika cares about his customers
Application engineer Mika has been helping Idesco’s customers solve their product-related issues for two years already. His customer support days always differ, changing according to his customer’s needs. However, “the bigger their problem, the more I enjoy finding their solution for them”, Mika notes.
In off-hours, Mika regenerates his enthusiasm by spending time with his spouse and relaxing. He’s actually grown to enjoy playing golf which provides him a clearing if challenging balance to his work demands.
Those demands aren’t merely answering questions, sharing valuable product information and outlining clever options with his customers. Mika’s days are often filled with product development and testing, that gives him such a deep working familiarity with all of Idesco’s products. It’s also taught Mika that he fills a vitally essential role on Idesco’s team, building customers’ security every day.
