If you are our customer, you can anticipate receiving a phone call or an e-mail from us in coming weeks, asking you to participate in Idesco’s annual customer survey. Because we know we work for you, our customers, we want to know how we have performed in our job supporting you; in your daily tasks and your entire business as a system integrator or distributor of our products.
All feedback we receive in customer surveys we apply to our learning and development, as we do not ask merely for grades. We also want to hear your expectations of us as your reader supplier. This helps us look into the future with you, not merely ask your comments on our past performance. Our central goal is to always deepen our customer relationships and better support our customers’ business. In part, this is why we have also begun achieving solidly positive feedback on our way of performing customer surveys.
