However, deploying cable to carry credential data isn’t always feasible in construction sites. 9 CM 2.0 GPRS MIFARE® reader was designed to solve this problem by harnessing the GPRS (available nearly everywhere) service of local GSM cellular networks for data transfer. This conveniently lets you position your system controller wherever you wish – regardless of distance – and adjust your reader’s wireless settings remotely via SMS. Lastly, 9 CM 2.0 was intended for outdoor deployments in the harshest, inclement conditions, and carries IP67 protection class.
