Once we process your product return notification, your product warranty will be checked and a product return number (RMA number) will be sent to you. Remember: if you choose to return an expired warranty product you assume responsibility for testing and repair costs according to our service fee schedule, as well as return shipping costs.

After you receive your RMA number, include a copy inside and clearly mark it on the outside of your product’s shipping package before you send it, shipping costs paid, to the following address:
