Please fill out this form to ask for a return material authorization ID (RMA ID). Note; products cannot be returned without RMA ID. 

Once we receive this return request, we will determine your product warranty status. After warranty is determined, we will send a product return (RMA) number to you. Be aware, if your product warranty has expired, you will be charged testing and repair fees according to our service cost schedule, as well as return shipping costs.

After you receive your RMA number, include a copy inside and clearly mark it on the outside of your product’s shipping package before you send it, shipping costs paid, to the following address:
