Embedded Software Developer
RFID technology pioneer Idesco makes RFID readers, transponders, controllers and RFID touch screen devices for customers worldwide. We began in 1989, developing identification products for industrial applications. Over the years, we expanded our expertise and product offering into new applications. Today, we encode transponders and make RFID readers, system controllers, RFID touch screens and mobile identification solutions. Indeed, Idesco Mobile Lite was recently honored with OHTO’s security innovation award. Learn more about us at www.idesco.fi.
We are actively recruiting an Embedded Software Developer to join more than 30 Idesco colleagues, strengthening our R&D team.
Your tasks will include developing embedded software for customer projects. If accepted and interested, you may expect an opportunity to improve your skills in Linux and/or mobile identification technology, while contributing to Idesco’s ever-expanding innovations and customer-focused solutions.
While C/C++ are our preferred, primary languages, a lack of C/C++ fluency can be somewhat offset with robust skills in at least one general programming language.
Experience in embedded software programming, mobile technologies and HW are distinctly preferred.
When you join us, you will enjoy permanent employment, with a flexible (even remote, as appropriate) work setting in an interesting job with a growing company. Idesco cultivates and maintains a supportive work environment that places emphasis on your well-being. So, in addition to enjoying an array of standard personnel benefits, you can also expect a comprehensive introduction to your tasks. As an R&D team member, you may look forward to learning and contributing widely to our expanding range of product development projects.
